Come work with us.
Hope Agency gives volunteers the chance to experience Cambodian culture and history. Set in a rural village, volunteers are able to experience a realistic way of living for most locals, enabling them to fully understand Cambodia and its history better. It is a truly unique experience that will allow travellers to see more of Cambodia than just the touristy spots. Volunteers have the opportunity to teach children who are far less fortunate than themselves. The goal for our volunteer work is to teach the basics of English, hospitality and life skills. No prior experience or a minimum length of stay is required. For more information about volunteering, please contact us and we will answer any questions you may have.
The facilities include a large communal hangout area, hammocks, dining area, lesson planning/work area, kitchen, spacious dorms, natural showers, toilets, basketball courts, gym, local shop/cafe, easy access to local towns and villages and the whole campus is surrounded by the beautiful peaceful rural Cambodian landscape.
Volunteering costs – As our organisation run solely on donations, we do require all volunteers to give an initial contribution of $330 + $50 a week for accommodation, employee wages, project development and meals. These costs are best paid pre-arrival and is completely separate from any donations made through the site.
